A practical, tool-agnostic workshop for the people who’ll build and run agents in your business. Pick the 1-day fundamentals or the 2-day deep dive. Every learner leaves with at least one working agent they built themselves.
The actual definitions, when each fits, and how to spot the workflows in your business that genuinely benefit from an agent (most don’t).
Triggers, knowledge, actions, plugins. Prompt design for autonomous operation (different to chat). Tool-binding and permission scoping. Error-handling and rollback.
Sequential, parallel, supervisor/worker, RAG-augmented. When each pattern fits. Production-grade Make.com scenario with three coordinated agents.
Connecting agents to QuickBooks, HubSpot, Salesforce, SharePoint, custom APIs. Authentication, rate limits, idempotency, rollback.
Sampling, automated checks, calibrated trust thresholds. Human-in-the-loop escalation rules. Failure modes and how to catch them pre-prod.
Audit trails the FCA, ICO or your board would accept. Mapping to UK GDPR, EU AI Act and Consumer Duty. Internal rollout playbook.
Mid-level practitioners who’ll own the AI stack: operations leads, RevOps, marketing ops, finance ops, IT generalists, analysts who’ve outgrown spreadsheets. Anyone whose job description includes “build a workflow”.
You’re looking for a strategic AI overview for senior leaders — take our AI for Leaders programme or the AU0009/10/11 Leadership Units instead.
1-day fundamentals: design, build and ship a single agent. 2-day deep dive: adds multi-agent orchestration, integration patterns and governance.
Best for teams that want a fast on-ramp. Each learner leaves with one production-ready single-agent workflow built on their stack.
Everything in Day 1, then a full second day on orchestrating multiple agents, integrating with real source systems (QuickBooks, HubSpot, SharePoint, custom APIs), and building the audit trail that satisfies your governance, risk and compliance posture. Best for teams shipping agents into regulated environments or at organisational scale.
Digital workbook, slides, and a 50+ tested prompt-template library to keep and reuse.
TESS Group completion certificate for every delegate, accredited for CPD evidence.
Lunch and refreshments on in-person delivery. Coffee breaks for live online.
Email support from your trainer for 30 days after the workshop — apply what you learned, no extra cost.
This masterclass is the perfect stepping stone to the AI & Automation Apprenticeship Level 4 — a 15-month accredited programme, fully levy-funded for eligible employers and 95–100% funded for SMEs.
Explore the L4 apprenticeship →100% levy-funded for eligible employers. 95–100% government-funded for SMEs under the new Growth & Skills Levy.
1-day if your team just needs a fast on-ramp to ship a single working agent. 2-day if you’re shipping multiple agents that need to coordinate, you’re working with regulated or sensitive data, or you want the governance side built in from the start.
Tool-agnostic in framing, with AI agent skills Studio and Make.com as primary build environments. We demonstrate Google Gemini Gems, Power Automate and Zapier alongside so the patterns transfer. We don’t lock you into one vendor’s ecosystem.
No. The workshop uses low-code/no-code agent platforms throughout. The mental model required is “workflow designer”, not “software engineer”. Anyone comfortable with Excel formulas, Make/Zapier scenarios or Microsoft Power Platform will be fine.
1-day: one production-ready single-agent workflow they built themselves, plus a sandbox of design patterns to fork. 2-day: that plus a multi-agent workflow, a deployment plan, and an audit-trail template aligned to UK regulatory expectations.
Workshops on their own are typically self-funded. If you commission this alongside an ST1512 apprenticeship cohort or the AU0009/10/11 leadership units, the workshop can usually be levy-funded as part of the cohort spend. Talk to us — we’ll structure it.
Complementary. The workshop is the fast on-ramp for a 3–12-person team that needs working agents in production within 90 days. The ST1512 Level 4 apprenticeship is the durable answer for the person who’ll own your AI practice long-term — 15 months, 100% funded for SMEs, no coding required. Most clients buy both: the workshop to ship something now, the apprenticeship to build permanent capability.
Up to 12 per cohort. Smaller cohorts (6–8) tend to produce the best per-learner outcomes because everyone gets time to ship a real agent.
Typically 2–4 weeks from enquiry to delivery date, subject to coach availability. Same-week delivery sometimes possible for urgent cohorts.
