The TESS Group’s policy in relation to the Safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults and The Prevent Duty ensures compliance with all relevant recommendations and guidance including the recommendations of the Department for Education (DfE) in the March 2015 Statutory Guidance for Keeping Children Safe in Education, and all subsequent updates including the September 2022 updates. Our policy covers our responsibilities as a provider of further education, relating to the Prevent Duty.
