Learning analytics & completion reporting
Apprentices replace fragile LMS spreadsheets with reproducible analytics pipelines — sharper L&D reporting to the business.
If you've been running L&D Practitioner L3 cohorts, the funded successor depends on the role. For L&D coordinators and learning-tech admins: AI Data Apprenticeship L3. For L&D managers running cohort design: AI for Team Leaders L4.
Five workflows L&D apprentices build inside our AI pathways — every learner ships a project against your LMS and learning data.
Apprentices replace fragile LMS spreadsheets with reproducible analytics pipelines — sharper L&D reporting to the business.
Train L&D coordinators to build skills-data pipelines that surface real gaps, not anecdotal ones.
Apprentices learn to deploy recommendation engines for internal learning content.
Build workflows that use generative AI for first-draft learning content while preserving SME review.
Module covers linking learning data to business outcomes — the question your CFO keeps asking.
Two pathways depending on the role — both levy-eligible.
Direct successor for L&D coordinators, LMS admins and learning-data analysts who need real data skills.
For L&D managers and head-of-L&D roles — AI governance, vendor selection, learning-tech ROI.
For learning-tech specialists who ship LMS integrations and learning-data pipelines.
A fair, line-by-line comparison so you can brief your team. We've kept the comparable parts honest — including where the new pathway covers different ground.

CIPD pathways are separate from apprenticeship funding. For an individual who must have CIPD, we can sequence: AI Data L3 (levy) → CIPD top-up (employer-paid).
It's a data apprenticeship taken by L&D people. The work and the case studies are L&D-focused. The funded standard itself is data-focused — which is what made it survive defunding.
Yes — entry-level data programmes assume no prior coding. About 65% of our 2024-25 L3 cohort came from non-data backgrounds.
TNA is woven into case studies. We don't teach generic TNA frameworks (that's CIPD-route content), we teach how to do TNA with real data.
Yes — module 4 covers regulator-mandated training reporting (FCA, MHRA, CQC, OFSTED) and the data pipelines that make audit-ready training reporting possible.
