CRM segmentation & next-best-message
Apprentices build segmentation that drives smarter channel and message choices, measurable email and SMS revenue uplift.
If you've been running Multi-Channel Marketer L3 for digital marketing apprentices, the active funded successor depends on the role. For analysts and CRM-focused roles: AI Data Apprenticeship L3. For roles owning marketing automation builds: AI & Automation L4.
Five workflows marketing apprentices build inside our AI pathways, every learner ships a project against your CRM and analytics data.
Apprentices build segmentation that drives smarter channel and message choices, measurable email and SMS revenue uplift.
Train marketing analysts to build attribution that beats default last-click, sharper spend allocation.
Apprentices learn to deploy generative-AI content workflows that respect brand-voice and compliance constraints.
Build pipelines that surface wasted spend in Google Ads/Meta/LinkedIn faster than the platforms' default views.
Apprentices ship personalisation infrastructure and disciplined experiment cadences.
Two pathways depending on the role, both levy-eligible.
Direct successor for marketing analysts, CRM coordinators and digital ops admins. Real SQL, Python, BI skills.
For marketing operations specialists, CRM managers and digital leads who ship AI/automation builds.
For marketing managers and team leads, AI governance, vendor selection, ROI cases.
A fair, line-by-line comparison so you can brief your team. We've kept the comparable parts honest, including where the new pathway covers different ground.

Not in the CIM/IDM sense, those are separate routes from apprenticeship funding. If CIM Foundation is critical for a specific person, we can sequence: AI Data L3 (levy-funded) then CIM top-up (employer-paid).
It's a data apprenticeship taken by marketing people. The work is marketing data, the case studies are marketing case studies, but the funded standard itself is data-focused.
L3 assumes no prior coding. About 70% of our learners come from non-technical backgrounds. The pace is built for that.
Yes, case studies cover Google Ads/Meta/LinkedIn data pipelines. We don't teach platform admin (that's vendor training), we teach analytics over the data the platforms produce.
Both covered in case studies, particularly the AI-augmented content workflows that are now table-stakes for marketing teams.
