What you'll cover

Three mandatory ILM units, 16 credits, 160 hours total qualification time.

Each unit is delivered live online, supported by a named tutor, and assessed against ILM's Level 5 standard. The Certificate requires at least 18 hours of real coaching or mentoring with two to three coachees, plus at least one hour of supervision.
