Our Safeguarding and Prevent Duty Policy and Procedures
The TESS Group’s policy in relation to the Safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults and The Prevent Duty ensures compliance with all relevant recommendations and guidance including the recommendations of the Department for Education (DfE) in the March 2015 Statutory Guidance for Keeping Children Safe in Education, and all subsequent updates including the September 2021 update. Our policy covers our responsibilities as a provider of further education, relating to the Prevent Duty.
Free Training for learners and employers
In line with the government announcing the terrorism threat level has been raised from Substantial to Severe – A terrorist attack in the UK is highly likely. We are keen to offer all of our learnes and employers continued support and guidance in this area.
