The UK's first AI & Automation apprenticeship with a built-in AI learning companion. Coachy explains concepts, suggests prompt examples, helps with portfolio drafts, and practises End-Point Assessment questions. Available to every learner, 24 hours a day, on the same Claude model they are studying.
Try Ask Coachy → How it worksCoachy is built into the TESS apprenticeship experience as a force multiplier for your Skills Coach, not a replacement. It is there for the dozens of small questions that come up between progress reviews, available 24 hours a day on any device.
Coachy walks learners through any of the 11 ST1512 modules at their level, with workplace examples for HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Admin, Sales and IT.
Need a prompt for Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini? Coachy generates real, sector-specific examples learners can take straight into their work.
Step-by-step help with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Google Gemini Gems, AppSheet, Power Automate, Make.com and Zapier flows.
Coachy reads a draft and suggests improvements in the learner's own words. It will not write content for them, which protects EPA integrity.
Mock professional discussions, presentation Q&A, project explanations. Coachy helps learners practise out loud before the real thing.
Whether it is 9am Monday or 11pm Sunday before a deadline, Coachy is there. Patient, encouraging, never tired.
We have been deliberate about what Coachy does and does not do. The boundaries protect the apprentice, the qualification, and the relationship with the human Skills Coach.
Coachy comes included with every TESS AI & Automation Practitioner Level 4 apprenticeship at no extra cost. It increases learner support without increasing your levy spend or your line manager's workload.
Bundled into your £18,000 apprenticeship levy spend. Same funding band, more support per learner.
More accessible support means fewer apprentices stalling between coach reviews. Stronger portfolios, sharper EPAs.
Conversations stored in Europe. Not shared with employers. Not used for assessment decisions. Learners can request deletion at any time.
