Details Of The Programme

Develop your in-house coaching talent with our comprehensive Coaching Professional Level 5 Apprenticeship. This programme is designed to equip your team with the skills and knowledge to become effective coaches who can drive organisational change. The programme has an option to include a Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring.

Programme Highlights

  • Duration: The programme lasts for 10 months, plus an End Point Assessment (EPA).
  • Workshop Modules: The curriculum covers key areas such as coaching models, goal. setting, and executive and peer coaching. It also includes modules on self-awareness, leadership, and building an organisational coaching culture.

End Point Assessment (EPA): The EPA consists of three key components:

  • Knowledge Test: A 90-minute online test with 40 multiple-choice questions.
  • Observation with Q&A: Apprentices are observed carrying out two 1-hour coaching sessions, followed by a 20-minute Q&A.
  • Interview: A 60-minute interview with an independent assessor, supported by a portfolio of evidence.
