Does Copilot training have to be a one-off workshop?

TESS delivers Microsoft Copilot training two ways: a focused workshop for fast, practical uplift, or Copilot skills built into a levy-funded AI apprenticeship where your team learns to use and build with Copilot against their real work over time. Most "Copilot training" is a one-day event that fades; the apprenticeship route is how the capability lasts.

Zoom or Microsoft Teams, with everyone working in their own Copilot on their own files. Suits teams split across sites, and it is how most cohorts run.

In person at your offices

Available for closed cohorts, at your site. We deliver across England, London included, and travel is built into the quote rather than added afterwards.

What it costs

A standalone workshop is quoted on team size and location, so ask and we will tell you on the call rather than after a form.

There are two funded routes that most employers do not know exist. The Level 5 AI units are £750 a learner with no end-point assessment, and are 100% funded for smaller employers. The full Level 4 apprenticeship carries Copilot inside it and is drawn from the apprenticeship levy, which for a levy-paying employer with funds in the account means no invoice at all.

That is the main difference between this and a one-day course bought off a price list: the money may already be sitting in an account you are paying into.
