Do we need Claude licences before the workshop?

A paid Claude plan (Pro, Team or Enterprise) is strongly recommended so delegates can use Projects and higher usage limits on the day. Tell us your plan when you book and we tailor the exercises to it.

What are Claude Projects and Artifacts?

Projects let you give Claude standing context, documents and instructions so every chat starts informed. Artifacts are the working outputs Claude builds alongside the conversation: documents, tables, outlines and simple tools you can edit and reuse.

We already have Copilot or Gemini. Why Claude?

Many teams run both: the suite-native assistant for everyday tasks inside Word, Outlook or Gmail, and Claude for longer writing, analysis of large documents and building reusable projects. We cover the hybrid workflow and when to use which.

Is this safe to use with company data?

We cover Claude plan differences, what is and is not used for training, and how to set boundaries for confidential material. Delegates leave with a one-page safe-use checklist aligned to your AI policy.

Can we cover specific use cases for our sector?
