Size the time your team could get back.

You don't want people to be spending hours doing stuff that could be somewhat automated or could be somewhat improved. When you add a whole team on it as well, what would your whole team be doing with that? You've got a lot of people with incredibly valuable skills and you really want to utilise them. It doesn't have to be super complex. It could just be roughly working out some of that time saving.
