No. It's leadership technique for uncertain situations, the personal resilience is a sub-section, not the whole thing.

Will it help with a specific restructure I'm leading?

Yes. Bring it. We work it in the afternoon scenario block.

Is it suitable for senior leaders?

It is, and most cohorts mix middle management and director-level. Some clients book a senior-leader-only cohort.

Will we cover mental health support for the team?

Lightly, we cover energy management and spot-checking team wellbeing. For full Mental Health First Aid, take our 1-day MHFA-aligned workshop.

Can we run this in-house?

Yes. Closed cohorts of 6–12 leaders is the most common format.
