No — but we show how to coach from CRM data (any platform).

Will this help with hiring sales reps?

Touched in passing — we link to the interview-prep workflow but don't teach selection in depth.

Is it suitable for first-time sales managers?

Yes — and they get the most out of it. We tune the cohort if it's majority new managers.

Can the team join too?

No — this is for managers. We can run a parallel rep-side selling workshop if you want both at once.
