The programme is designed for content professionals at any stage — from those starting out to experienced creators wanting formal qualifications. You should be aged 18+ and either working in or moving into a content creation role.
You earn up to 3 qualifications: the Level 3 Content Creator Standard (apprenticeship), a Digital Marketing Certificate, and an SEO & Analytics Badge. All are industry-recognized.
The programme is funded through the Apprenticeship Levy with a funding band of up to £10,000. TESS Group works with employers to maximise available funding and reduce costs.
EPA has three components: a Portfolio Review (3-5 pieces of content work), a Professional Discussion (30-40 minutes), and a Workplace Observation of your practical skills.
